Quality Aluminum Extrusions

Formed in 1981, Extrudex Aluminum is a privately owned extruder operating in the US and Canada.  Our plant in North Jackson, OH was established in 1998 and has expanded three times since.  In 2012/2013 we added a state of the art, 4000 Ton 10” Presezzi extrusion press complete with OMAV handling system.  Our facility covers 250,000 square feet and we employ around 200 employees.

We also have a 3750 ton 10” press as well as a 2500 8” press here in Ohio.  We produce shapes that range from .200 up to 15 pounds per foot, and circle sizes as high as 13” depending on the profile.

We are currently producing 6061, 6063, 6005A, 6351, and 6101 alloys.

We are ISO certified and supply Chemical and Mechanical Certifications along with Raw Material Traceability in-house.

A wide variety of surface finishes and colors are available.  From basic mill finish (as extruded) to clear and coloured anodizing as well as a wide variety of paint colors in both wet and powder.
